Shipping & Returns Policy - PRINTS ( Fulfilled by The Print Space)
We work with a fully end-to-end carbon neutral printing partner, so all prints and framed artworks
(and their delivery) are certified carbon neutral.
All papers and wood-based materials are sourced from Forestry Stewardship Council certified
sustainable sources. Packaging materials have been carefully selected to reduce the impact on
the environment whilst still ensuring your artwork gets to you in perfect condition. Plastics are
kept to a minimum and all packaging materials are sustainably sourced, being a mixture of
recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials.
We provide free global shipping for all prints and framed artworks to almost every country in the
world. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact us and we will try to
find a solution.
Orders are dispatched within 2-3 days, arriving within a week thereafter to the UK or Europe
and in one to two weeks to North America. Other destinations may vary (please allow up to

Returns on damaged or lost artwork
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with
pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost.
In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving
the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).
We offer customs-free delivery to the UK, EU and US and customs duties are prepaid for
Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Australia & South Africa, however, for other regions, you may
have to pay a customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery.

Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.
How is my payment handled?
We accept all major credit cards, payment is handled by WIX payments. Payment by bank transfer is also possible – please contact me directly for information.
Purchasing with a deposit
Payments by installment are possible on a case-to-case basis – please contact me to discuss this option as it’s not currently possible to set this up directly through the website
Paying by bank transfer
There is a checkout option to pay by bank transfer which many UK customers prefer. This saves me credit card fees. If you select this option you will be emailed with details of how to pay. Please pay immediately as the artwork is marked as sold immediately and unavailable to others. Please note this option is not available during Sale periods.
I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my painting?
Original paintings will be packed and shipped within 5 working days; unless otherwise stated. Within the UK pieces are sent by courier or personal delivery. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping, overseas deliveries can take up to a week from the date of shipping.
During sales periods, please allow up to two weeks for delivery as there will be a higher volume of pieces to send. I will keep you informed of the progress of your order.
Can I collect my artwork from your studio?
Yes, please contact me for directions and to arrange a time.
Is Shipping included?
Shipping worldwide is included, however import taxes and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot calculate in advance.
Artwork is shipped uninsured as most shipping companies will not insure artwork. In the unlikely event of damage, please contact me immediately including photographs and I will refund appropriately.
What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?
If an original painting is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.
I would request that if you buy during a sale period, you only do so if you are sure you wish to buy it, as it will no longer be in the sale should you wish to return it afterwards.
What about Overseas Returns?
At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.
